Pan Fried Flattened Rice with Masala
Chivda is a South Indian namkeen snack that is low on calories but high on taste. Can be consumed any time of the day as a quick bite to relish the taste buds
Add the flattened rice into a pan along with the chilly & turmeric powder with a dash of oil and pan fry for a few minutes until it turns crispy yellow.
Sauté the peanuts, Bengal gram, and curry leaves with the oil of your choice and let it cool down a bit.
Mix all the ingredients together
Mix all the ingredients together with Desiccated Coconut Chips and store in a container to relish all day every day! 🙂
You can also add Raisins and Cashew for better taste.
