
Coriander and Coconut Puffed Rice – Quick 5 Minute Recipe
If you’d like to make a quick guilt-free evening snack, Look no more. This recipe is just for you. Low on calories and carbs and needs fewer ingredients that are most likely to be already in your kitchen. All you need is our special desiccated coconut powder 🙂
Puffed Rice (1Cup), 2 Green Chillies, 2 Garlic Cloves, Coriander, 1 Small Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Sugar, 1Tsp Oil, 1 Tsp TCC Dessicated Coconut Powder
Ingredients Required
Blend the ingredients (No Water)

Blend Coriander, Chillies, Cloves, Desiccated Coconut Powder, Sugar & Salt together without the addition of water to form a thick paste, This paste can be stored in your refrigerator for over 2 weeks.
Mix the paste with puffed rice

Add about 1 Tsp of the paste to a bowl of Puffed Rice along with a Tsp of Oil and mix it together and sprinkle a bit of Desiccated coconut powder on top of it.

Your quick 5 minute snack is now ready! Enjoy guilt free
